Hour 1:
I accidentally slept through my start time so I’m a bit late it’s 7 a.m. and my start time was at 5 a.m. so I’m still kinda waking up, but I have my trusty Lime Freeze Rockstar and a chocolate mint protein bar so I’m ready to get started.

Hour 4:
11:00 a.m. I’m about halfway through The Rose Society but started to lose some steam. Once everyone else in the house got up and started hanging out in the living room, I was getting distracted and couldn’t really maintain my focus enough to keep reading.

3:00 p.m.
Really got off track after running a few errands, only read about 30 pages or so. Tried reading a bit of Deathnote but couldn’t get interested to power through a slow part. Picked up Uvampire, book 2 in the Izombie comic book series, still a bit slow but it picked up after a while.

Hour 11:
Finished the Rose Society…omg omg omg omg…..can’t even right now. It messed me up for continuing to read on so I left off here for the day.
Thoughts on Dewey’s 24 Hour readathon.
It was nice and exciting, reading Twitter updates on how everyone else was doing was motivational and fun, I think for next time I participate I’m just going to focus on reading my comic books that I have and shorter stories. Overall I had a great time with this.
