The Great Alone
by Kristin Hannah

I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would and I had already thought that I would enjoy it but I didn’t think that I was going to love it, but I did. It’s fantastic and well written, it’s heartbreaking yet endearing. I honestly want more.

The Obelisk Gate
by N.K. Jemisin

So I read The Obelisk Gate and the Stone Sky back to back. Because of this, I’m not sure where one ended and the other began. I loved seeing more of Nassun in this installation and seeing her thoughts and struggles with who she is and who she’s expected to be.

The Stone Sky
by N.K. Jemisin

I really enjoyed this, the ending was fantastic and seeing how everything came together just shows what a great writer Jemisin is. I already can’t wait to reread this series. There were a couple points where I felt lost within the story and unsure about what was going on but that feeling didn’t take anything away from the story at all.

Sorry I’m Late, I Didn’t Want To Come
by Jessica Pan

I don’t read a lot of nonfiction and because of that, I like to try to branch out at points. I choose this one since it’s about her experiences as an introvert and pushing the boundaries that she felt being an introvert had limited her too. I really related to her in more way than one, not only did I relate because shes and introvert and I’m an introvert, I related to her thoughts and her thought process, her fears were so similar to my fears, and most of all I related to her humor.

Red, White, and Royal Blue
by Casey McQuiston

I’m very excited to start this up today, I’ve been hearing so many good things about it and I am very ready for some lightheartedness.

What do you think you’ll read next?

I’m not sure what I want to read next, I’m planning on going camping over this weekend, I’m not sure how much reading I can get done if that’s the case.

I might bring two books with me just to see how much I can read. The books coming to mind are The Bride Test and The Dazzling Heights.

OR, I just bought Into The Wild and since I’m going camping, that seems like a good camping book, right?

Tell me what you think I should read this weekend.
