May Book Haul

The mountains are yearning.

I was so good in April and fell so far off the wagon in May, apparently, hitting every bookstore I could on my way down lol. Hopefully, this is the start to a pattern and I can endure a no spend month in June.

Gunslinger Girl
by Lyndsay Ely

I have a guilty pleasure for westerns and I’ve heard decent things about this so fingers crossed that I like it.

Nocturnal
by Wilder Poetry

This was a delightful collection of poetry, I really enjoyed the night sky theme.

Again But Better
by Christine Riccio

This was a preorder from last year.

Edgedancer
by Brandon Sanderson

I bought this to read in between Words of Radiance and Oathbringer.

An Echo in the Bone
by Diana Gabaldon

Continuing on with my Outlander reading goal, this is my current read at the time of this posting.

Romanov
by Nadine Brandes

I am a sucker and instabuy for Russian settings and the Romanovs.

Aurora Rising
by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff

Not sure what to say about this other than the fact that both of these authors are instabuy authors for me

Truly Devious
by Maureen Johnson

I’ve been craving some mystery and thrilleresque books lately and I’m hoping that this will satisfy the craving.

It’s Not Like It’s a Secret
by Misa Sugiura

I’m so excited to read this, I understand it has an f/f relationship that I can’t wait for.

In The Absence of the Sun
by Emily Curtis

I was also in the mood for poetry this month so I picked this up and read it. It was fine.

Written In My Own Hearts Blood
by Diana Gabaldon

More Outlander, almost done!

Oathbringer
by Brandon Sanderson

I’m so close to being caught up on this series. I’m not sure what I’m going to do with myself when I do catch up.
