12 Autumn Moments

How has your week been going? Washington has been in the 70s lately and I am loving all the sun. I went to Long Beach over the weekend and I got to bottle feed a baby goat! I think that was one of the happiest moments of my life.

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking On A World Of Words. Simply answer the following questions:

What did you recently finish reading?

What did you recently finish reading?

The Fiery Cross
by Diana Gabaldon

I was so happy to finally finish this, so far it’s my least favorite of the series, I was just so bored because there wasn’t a whole lot of action, I feel like this book was more of a bridge as a lot of events were being set up and if that’s the case I hope the next book is explosive.

Daisy Jones and The Six
by Taylor Jenkins Reid

I loved this! I was a bit skeptical about this since I loved the Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo but this was also fantastic. I loved the seventies setting and I am just so devastated that Aurora isn’t a real album that I can listen to.

The Way of Kings
by Brandon Sanderson

I am really enjoying this so far, I’m halfway through and while I’m still a little confused on the world, although at the moment I can’t think about what it is that’s confusing me. I did chat with someone about some of the things that were confusing to me in the beginning and he assured me that my questions will be answered so I’m sticking with it and really enjoying the story.

Next Year In Havana
by Chanel Cleeton

I was hoping to read this last week but I ended up going to Long Beach with my family so I didn’t have as much reading time as I was planning but I got to bottle feed a baby goat so its a fair trade.
